-Provide first line support and help desk administration. -Manage hardware & assets (setup, maintenance, and inventory). -Handle user accounts in Active Directory and Microsoft 365. -Maintain documentation, assist with demo rooms, and offer M365 support.

What You Bring

-Previous hands-on IT experience in a similar role (IT Support, 1st Line Support, IT Administrator) -Specific expertise with Active Directory and Microsoft 365. -Proven ability to set up and configure laptops and hardware. -Must be commutable to Guildford with own transport and a full UK driving licence.
