Tasks

-Collaborate with ownership, architects, and consultants to ensure timely and quality delivery -Ensure all work is completed to code and in alignment with contract specifications -Oversee all aspects of multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through closeout -Lead project meetings, RFIs, submittals, and change order processes -Resolve issues on-site efficiently and proactively -Manage project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance -Maintain strong communication between field and office teams

What You Bring

-Excellent leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills -GC license or familiarity with field-level coordination is a plus -Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam) -Up to 3 weeks of PTO per year. -Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment -Strong understanding of local permitting, building codes, and construction logistics in San Diego -Proven experience with smaller-scale multifamily builds (10–30 units) preferred -5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily residential construction
