Tasks

-Building walks - Perform checks and inspections throughout the property -Completing ad-hoc maintenance and houskeepering duties -Acting as the first response to incidents and emergencies -Helping students who are locked out of their rooms -Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, offering exceptional service and support -Assist with checking flats for hygiene and cleanliness as needed, ensuring residents enjoy a safe and comfortable living environment -Manage property bin stores, ensuring cleanliness and timely collection by contractors. -Reporting on incidents electronically

What You Bring

-Excellent communication and listening skills -Knowledge of Health & Safety and Fire Safety procedures desirable -Calm under pressure, approachable and fair -Confident working alone and a team player who works closely with colleagues across teams to deliver top quality service -Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
