-Coordinate staff breaks, postings, and roster changes -Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation security standards, and safety regulations -Maintain accurate operational records and reporting -Manage performance, coach team members, and address conduct or attendance issues -Plan and allocate staff, equipment, and resources to meet operational demands -Liaise with Roster Planning to ensure effective deployment -Respond to incidents and operational issues as they arise -Conduct site inspections and pre-shift briefings to ensure smooth operations -Lead and supervise daily Aviation Security, Guard, and RFS operations -Support investigations, service requests, and client relationships
