Tasks

-Simplify safety management systems to align with changes in organizational structure and risk appetite. -Identify and document evidence to support legal defense in incident cases, and assess the financial impact of incidents. -Develop and embed evolving WHS/OHS strategies that integrate with business operations and enhance performance. -Implement health and safety auditing as a monitoring strategy to ensure compliance and continuous improvement. -Promote wellbeing by encouraging healthy lifestyle choices, supporting mental health, and fostering collaborative contractor relationships. -Apply scenario-based management to mitigate crises and build organizational resilience through systematic risk analysis. -Maintain strategic oversight of safety planning, advocate for inclusivity, and lead change through clear vision and goal-setting. -Conduct regular risk reviews and use data-driven analysis to evaluate and prioritize risks and opportunities.
