Tasks

This position will incorporate a blend of field and office responsibilities including topographic, control, boundary, laser scanning and construction surveying. The use of GPS units and robotic total stations as well as, laser scanning and field to finish. PLS licensure is not required. -Researching land records and preparing survey drawings.

What You Bring

McMahon has immediate openings for an experienced Land Surveyor in their Valparaiso, Indiana office. -Valid driver’s license and a driving record to meet company insurance standards. -Ability to walk over rough terrain. -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. -Established history of working safely in the field. -Civil 3D drafting. -Knowledge of AutoCAD software. -3+ years experience -Ability to post process point cloud data a plus.
