Tasks

-Work with customers, sales, and internal/external suppliers to resolve issues as they arise. -Assist with the maintenance and follow-up of open customer orders/sales support. -Learn and adhere to the posted CE Team A7 Principles and ensure 100% Customer Satisfaction in each transaction. -Support add-on sales opportunities when receiving and processing customer orders. -Provide superior engagement for sales follow-up and customer service to both external and internal customers: -Utilize Contractor Assist -- Pick-up Express -Work with Warranty Team to support customer claims and questions as needed. -Handle incoming customer requests for orders and product information (equipment specifications and applications). -Drive technology and tool adoption within customer groups and sales channels to utilize tools such as (training on tools is available: -Provide technical post-sale support to the sales organization, including monitoring shipping, delivery and return status, as required.

What You Bring

-Highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal direction required from management. -Must possess desire to succeed and learn for future growth and development. -Can work in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent organizational skills. -Utilize eComm tools-- Website and Mobile App, Salesforce -Ability to proactively solve problems and innovate when information is not readily available. -PC and common software literacy required. -Demonstrated performance history and knowledge of the HVAC industry. A working knowledge of residential and commercial products, including replacement configurations, substitutions, and sell-up strategies, is highly desired. -Exceptional written and verbal communications skills, complete with ability to follow through. -High sense of urgency, team-oriented, and strong interpersonal skills. -Excellent customer relations and customer service skills.
