Tasks
-Coordinates the promotion, acquisition, development, and implementation of information systems and services in close liaison with those responsible for management and strategy. -Identifies, proposes, advises, and implements IS processes and/or supports IS service implementation. -Takes action to ensure targets are met within established safety and quality procedures, corrects malfunctions, and calls on other experienced colleagues and external resources to ensure services are delivered proactively. -Provide consultation, advice, and supports the installation of IS services, or any changes in existing IS services. -Collaborates with stakeholders as required. -Ensures that the information is presented effectively and communicated to the relevant stakeholders regularly. -Reviews requirements and specifications and identifies those that require action within their scope of responsibility, based on their technological, financial, and functional feasibilities. -Involves and proactively supports the installation, management, maintenance, and optimization of IT service for their own area of responsibility.

What You Bring
-Knowledge of IT service management (ITIL certification is a plus). -More than 3 years of experience in IT service operation and support, working as IS Specialist with Microsoft Office365 services and computer hardware. -Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office365, Microsoft Power Platform, Active Directory, Windows server and SQL. -A collaborative, solutions- and customer-service-oriented approach and strong communication skills. -Ability to work independently and manage multiple demands on time, in cross-functional, virtual and international teams. -A bachelor’s degree in information technology. -Hands on experience with network administration, including troubleshooting LAN/WLAN. -Hands on experience with Microsoft Windows OS, computer hardware and troubleshooting.
