Technical Sales Engineer supporting HVAC-R solutions and driving business growth in UK.

Tasks
-Provides and presents products, solutions and application education and advice -Manages the project pipeline -Execution of Strategic, Operational, and Corrective Plans -Establishes and maintains productive, professional relationships with key decision makers and influencers -Achieves the Quality Standards and KPI targets to ensure continual development -Creates and maintains Customer records in CAREL CRM systems -Liaises with the supply chain team -Identifies suspects and develops and grows the sales funnel (Finds, Wins, Retains) from Suspect to Prospect to Customer -Attends associated and relevant trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings -Gathers product and market information and prepares analysis -Engages with and attends regular customer meetings, solely and/or with colleagues, as required -Prepares solution and application based proposals and offers using the relevant selection & specification tools and platforms -Provides Customers with pre-sales, post-sales, and project application support -Presents the range of CAREL products, solutions and services that fit the key growth drivers of the defined market -Ensures sufficient UK inventory profile is aligned with customers’ needs and market demands -Works with other sales and technical colleagues to meet customer needs -Supports customers with application, selection support -Seeks opportunities, secures commitment and loyalty from customers, and wins identified business revenues -Regularly communicates with customers, manages need for customer meetings and liaises with external sales teams -Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs -Identifies new business potential and opportunities

What You Bring
-Commercial awareness of REFR/HVAC market -Technical awareness of Refrigeration/HVAC applications -Proven track record in technical/application sales -Good attitude in relationship and communication with colleagues, sales network, and customers -Direct Sales experience in a B2B sales environment -Communication and presentation skills, written and verbal -Knowledge of refrigeration solutions, particularly CO2 food retail and food service solutions, cold chain supply, industrial refrigeration and associated controls and IOT solutions, field and digital services. -Team working enthusiasm, "hands-on” approach -Knowledge of thermodynamics, psychrometric processes, airside heat recovery, within commercial, industrial and data centre applications.
