Overview

Senior planner oversees construction project scheduling, progress reporting, and risk mitigation.

Tasks

-Execute short- to medium-term planning reviews and provide impartial, forward-looking insight to mitigate project risks -Prepare contract and project programmes, and produce ongoing monthly progress reports -Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with the wider project team, supply chain, and other stakeholders -Collaborate closely with the project team on planning and schedule-related activities -Complete all scheduling and reporting requirements for tenders and contracts, ensuring work is delivered to the highest standards -Monitor progress trends, outputs, and resources across projects to enhance the planning department’s knowledge base

What You Bring

-Excellent IT skills – proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint -Project planning and scheduling experience on construction and/or civil engineering projects -Relevant third-level degree -5+ years’ industry experience
