Tasks

The Federal Project Manager will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex Federal, DOD, USACE, NAVFAC, etc. construction projects. -Conduct forward-thinking risk assessments and make suggestions to minimize potential risks -Lead the project team to ensure projects are completed safely, correctly, on schedule, under budget, and to our client’s satisfaction -Act as liaison and single point of contact to effectively communicate between client and project teams – field and office -Manage multiple project schedules and timelines to satisfy client needs -Manage budgets and subcontractors while leading field Superintendents and maintaining quality relationships with clients

What You Bring

-Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a construction related field is preferred -Possess strong organizational skills, time management, and communication skills -Proficiency with construction software like Procore, Bluebeam, Building Connected, MS Project, and other construction-specific software -3+ years of experience in the Federal Construction space as a Project Manager -Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing complex commercial construction projects valued at $10M+
