Tasks

-Auditing & Issuing of weekly client reports -Responsible for Managing the dedicated Client Technical Service Team -Supporting Operations Manager with daily operational tasks -Building and growing new and current client relationships -Procurement of Supply Chain Partners -Liaising with clients both internally and Externally -Managing and Reporting KPI’s -Quality auditing of key tasks within the team

What You Bring

-Escalation point for client queries and concerns -Ability to work to Deadlines -Excellent problem-solving ability and a passion for continuous improvement. -A strong leader with experience of managing people. -Ability to Multitask -Excellent Customer Service -Previous experience in a similar role is essential. -Facility management or trade experience preferred -Excellent Communication -Knowledge of Microsoft packages including excel is essential
