Tasks
-Preparing and delivering training courses in classroom or on-site and following up on post- training day activities. -Developing course material for classroom and on-site training in your own area of responsibility and advising on updates needed in e-learning material. -Performing complex field service tasks related to 800xA with AC800M and applications, identifies technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products for which they are certified to perform. -Troubleshooting system level failures and requests proactive corrective actions and makes recommendations to avoid such issues in the future. -Facilitating in course administration through making arrangements and answering enquiries and proposals for training courses. -Keeping close contact with technical Product Management, Project Management, Engineering, Sales, and other stakeholder groups that support the development and delivery of training courses. -Supporting Field Service team and other teams/units, when necessary, using their own expertise in technical support tasks and roles.

What You Bring
-Minimum 3-5 Years as a Technical Trainer for Automation industry or Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Site Support in automation industry in Engineering, Commissioning role and experience in the automation and Control Systems. -Engineering Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics or Electrical -Knowledge of ABB systems eg: Infi90, Symphony Plus (S+) etc. -Knowledge and good hands-on experience of ABB systems in: 800xA with AC800M is a Must-Have -Strong Customer interpersonal skills and Technical Training experience. -Knowledge of Industrial Cyber security and networking solutions for ABB systems -Fluent communication skills in English and preferably in Arabic as well, -Willingness to travel to Site and work there as well when needed is a Must have. -Overall automation systems understanding, combined with process knowledge in Oil & Gas, Power & Water. -Certifications in specific control systems or safety standards (e.g., TÜV Functional Safety Engineer). -Experience with Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas customer especially ADNOC and GCC customers.
