The Role
Overview
Maintain and troubleshoot rail station information & security systems in NE region
Key Responsibilities

Tasks
-Daily, weekly, monthly and annual planned maintenance activities as defined by the Team Leader -Daily reactive maintenance activities across SISS and Telephony systems (CCTV systems, IP Networks, Help Points, Screens, Public Address, CIS, PAVA and Wi-Fi) -Testing and fault finding on equipment, systems and associated infrastructure cabling (copper / fibre) -Undertaking of technical investigations and audits. -Remote monitoring of all systems to identify issues and implement fixes;

What You Bring
-Full UK driving licence -Experience of working with SLA driven maintenance contracts. -Proven fault-finding skills and experience including the use of suitable test equipment; -Proven IT skills (laptop, Office 365); -Knowledge of Communications systems and their applications; Ideally previous SISS -Good organisational skills, including multitasking and time management
