Tasks

-Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of crew certifications, visas, and compliance documents. -Reporting: Prepare regular reports on crew movements, rotations, and utilization for management review. -Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the point of contact between contractors, internal teams, and clients to align expectations and resolve issues promptly. -Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, induction, and exit formalities. -Crew Movement & Mobilization: Plan and coordinate crew mobilization and demobilization for projects, ensuring timely deployment and compliance with company and client requirements. -Medical Insurance Support: Facilitate medical insurance claims and ensure timely resolution for crew members. -Rotation & Home Leave Management: Assist with scheduling home leave rotations and ensure accurate tracking of crew availability.

We're looking for a skilled Crewing Coordinator to join our vibrant team in Abu Dhabi. The Crewing Coordinator is responsible for managing all aspects of crew movement and lifecycle, ensuring smooth mobilization, rotation, and onboarding/offboarding processes. -Familiarity with UAE labor laws, visa processes, and medical insurance procedures is mandatory. -Minimum 2–3 years of experience in crewing coordination or similar role, preferably in marine, oil & gas, or related industries. -Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing operational needs. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. -Knowledge of UAE maritime regulations and local legislation is required.
