Tasks

Facilitate regular performance review meetings to assess progress and address challenges proactively. Ensure robust stock control and logistics systems are implemented to support field teams and minimise project delays. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of ESB Networks and NIE infrastructure upgrade frameworks, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and pursue additional opportunities within the utilities sector Manage and coordinate remote field teams, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication as well as back of house support teams, SHEQ, Call Centre & Scheduling, Warehouse and Logistics, Fleet, HR, Desktop Auditing, IT, Admin.
