-Leading incident investigations and helping close the loop on corrective actions -Conducting site inspections, risk assessments, and compliance reviews -Building relationships across project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders -Supporting the development and implementation of site-specific safety plans -Delivering training and practical WHS advice to staff and subcontractors

What You Bring

-Strong knowledge of current WHS legislation and compliance requirements -12 + Months experience in a HSE role on commercial or residential construction sites -Cert IV in Work Health & Safety (a must!) -Previous experience on unit builds or large-scale commercial projects is ideal -Confident communicator with a proactive, hands-on attitude
