12+ years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on commercial real estate projects.
Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to align contract management with business goals.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects in commercial construction, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
Master’s degree in Business Administration or Contract Management is preferred.
Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Contract Management.
Experience with analytics platforms for tracking contract performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the construction of hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
