  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving contract efficiency and reducing project risks.
  • Familiarity with project management tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
  • Expertise in handling contracts related to city-side development projects, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
  • 12+ years of experience in contract administration, with a focus on commercial real estate projects.
  • Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities to align contract management with business goals.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration across departments.
  • Proven expertise in contract administration within the commercial real estate industry, with a minimum of 15 years of experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing multiple projects in commercial construction, including hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or Contract Management is preferred.
  • Proficiency in contract management software such as SAP Ariba or Oracle Contract Management.
  • Experience with analytics platforms for tracking contract performance metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects in the construction of hotels, malls, and multi-storied buildings.
  • Strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract management principles and practices specific to commercial real estate.
