What You Bring

-3-5 years of experience working as a Real Estate Transaction Attorney -Prior experience with commercial real estate, urban redevelopment, land use, public financing mechanisms, and/or construction law. -Experience with drafting fundamental documents related to commercial real estate transactions. -Candidates should possess experience in commercial leasing, portfolio or multi-site purchases or sales transactions, title and survey review, and general transactional due diligence. -Being admitted to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction -Have exceptional organization skills and attention to detail. -Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet deadlines and proactively complete transactions
