Overview

Teach electrical trade skills to program participants via hands‑on and classroom instruction.

Tasks

-Performs various administrative and reporting functions, as required -Instructs program participants in Electrical skills using approved curriculum -Participates in outreach and employer relationship development -Develops curriculum and supporting training materials, as needed -Assists with student recruitment, placement, and employability training, as directed and/or as required by program needs -Ensures proper use, storage, and security of tools, equipment, etc. -Coordinates hands-on training activities including on-site and community-based projects -Monitors, mentors, and coaches students -Fosters positive working relationships with and between funders, program partners, and other personnel
