Overview

Tasks

-Monitor and maintain HSE KPIs at project sites; conduct risk assessments and lead incident investigations with corrective and preventive actions. -Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs while ensuring compliance with local and national safety regulations. -Conduct regular audits and inspections, maintain documentation, and ensure timely reporting to regulatory bodies. -Coordinate and deliver HSE training for employees and contractors; promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement. -Manage contractor HSE performance, support sustainability goals, and present HSE performance reports to project management on a weekly/monthly basis.

What You Bring

-Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to lead HSE initiatives across diverse teams -Exposure to robotics and machine automation environments -Willingness to travel up to 70% and perform site work up to 90% based on project requirements -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills with a proactive and analytical mindset -Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, statutory compliances, and Integrated Management Systems (ISO 45001:2018, 14001:2015, 50001:2018) -Familiarity with automotive manufacturing processes and contractor HSE management practices -Diploma in Industrial Safety, Environmental Science, or professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or OSHA -Minimum 5 years of experience in automation project HSE management -Industry experience in Automotive OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and general manufacturing sectors -Proficiency in HSE management tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
