Tasks

-Marketing investment real estate internally, externally, and to clients who are active investors -Following the career roadmap supplied by mentors. -Contacting clients daily -Collaborating with Senior Agents to achieve business and career goals with a clear “pathway to growth”, while operating with a “team player” mentality. -Researching the local market and staying up-to-date on industry trends -Preparing thoughtful analyses of clients' properties, including opinions of value, using market comparables, and research -Partnering with clients, companies, and institutions to develop and execute their individualized real estate investment strategies

-Real estate license (not required for initial interview) -Communication Skills – Need to be persuasive with their track record of building and maintaining relationships. -Excellent communication skills -High Capacity – Ability to take direction, then flawlessly implement. Requires strong ability to learn, and problem solve in real time. -Coachability – Individuals should possess a student mentality with a strong desire to implement what was learned.
