Tasks

This role ensures a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace within a fast-paced steel fabrication and construction environment. You’ll lead EHS initiatives that protect people, the environment, and project performance, driving a culture. -Oversee and maintain EHS programs across plant and field operations -Track safety performance and support continuous improvement initiatives -Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and state regulations -Provide training, support, and guidance to employees and supervisors -Conduct safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations

-Bachelor’s degree in safety or related field. -Strong knowledge of OSHA and environmental compliance -3–5+ years of EHS experience in steel fabrication and erection.
