Administer minor works, quoting, risk & compliance for HMCTS contract.

Tasks

-Aid the quality of service by ensuring awareness of contractual responsibilities among all other EQUANS colleagues (including contract deliverables, scope of services etc.) -Identify, monitor and report on risks -Support the management of Work in Progress (WIP) and it’s impacts on billing -Work within the operating environment to ensure EQUANS’s Code of Conduct is thoroughly understood, adhered to and promoted across the business to ensure safe, compliant and consistent working practices. -Support governance within the contracts to ensure that the requirements of the contract and EQUANS’s own internal governance processes are being complied with -Enforce commercial compliance (by audit and support against EQUANS’s Minimum Commercial Standards) -Ensure all applicable jobs have quotes attached to them and are approved by the client before we carry out any works on site -Support the Commercial team in the satisfaction of contract and company objectives

What You Bring

-Suitable commercial/ administrator experience within a similar industry sector -PC Literate with knowledge of MS applications e.g. Word, Excel. -A foundation level understanding of risk analysis/management -Excellent communicator
