Manage multi-family accounts to boost revenue, build relationships, and execute sales plans.

Tasks

-Working with all levels of the customer’s organization to understand the issues and asses the opportunities. -Calls on and develops key relationships with Corporate Headquarters, Regional and Divisional Presidents, Purchasing Managers, Design Center Managers, and additional Decision Makers and Key Influencers to retain existing business, secure new national specifications, and improve margin. -Collaborating with the customer to acquire strategic information critical to their business. -Mobilizing and leading the organization to respond to the customer’s needs. -Orchestrates the organizations resources to maximize sales opportunities. -Monitors and consistently communicates business trends, distribution patterns, consumer and trade attitudes, competitive practices and product performance characteristics to appropriate parties. -Develops and implements sales plans that include market analysis, account opportunities, short- and long-term goals, strategic initiatives, and measurable outcomes. This may include but is not limited to: -Facilitating the organization’s involvement with the customer -Ensures action and responsiveness to the customer by taking responsibility for the exposure the customer has with Outdoors. What You Bring

-Familiarity with any CRM software -Superb written and verbal communication skills -Must be a self-starter and self-motivator and work independently -Ability to self-manage and manage multiple priorities simultaneously -Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise -Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry -Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience -Ability to work independently and in a team environment -Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously -Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations -Understands completely the strategic account’s business and the critical measures that drive the account. This includes: -5+ years of proven sales, marketing or sales management experience calling on National Multi-Family new development accounts -Ability to anticipate market and client opportunities and respond appropriately -Proficient in MS Office Suites (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) -Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all Outdoors associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents, and sales force -Master's Degree in Business Administration -Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
