Tasks

-Prepare and finalize turnover documentation, ensuring compliance with client and project standards. -Train field personnel on database applications, tablet usage, and data entry processes. -Generate detailed progress reports and address data discrepancies. -Configure and manage completions databases to meet project-specific requirements. -Collaborate with the project team to identify and implement process improvements.

What You Bring

-Familiarity with quality assurance, inspection workflows, and turnover processes. -Effective communication with field teams and project management. -Working knowledge of the Inspection Work Package process -3-5 years of industrial construction experience with a focus on completions or turnover processes. -Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities. -Proficiency with completions databases such as Co-Console, WinPCS, TOASTR, or Procore (1-2 years of hands-on experience). -Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam Revu -Working knowledge of Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning inspection process -Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. -Bachelor’s degree in the construction field or similar relevant degree -Former experience working with Zachry Industrial, Inc.
