Manage key traffic marking accounts, drive sales, and maintain customer relationships.

Tasks
-Actively participate in demand forecasting activities to ensure accurate predictions of customer demand for products. This involves analyzing historical sales data, market trends, customer behavior, and other relevant factors to forecast future demand patterns. -Measure in a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, the customer size (pavement markings materials), identify the different suppliers share and % of participation. -Establish a systematic process for collecting and sharing customer feedback with the Key Account Director and Director of Sales. -Provide key customer product forecasts to supplier internal Demand Plan requirements -Achieve sales targets, regularly reviewing progress and adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed revenue goals. -Work closely with the Product Management, Pricing and Communication Team to develop materials and add value added services that differentiate our company and strengthen our position in the marketplace. -Develop a deep understanding of the customer business, objectives, and challenges to proactively identify opportunities for collaboration and value creation. -Lead and conduct regular meetings, check-ins, and site visits with key decision makers, as well as with the operations, purchasing, and technical teams, to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement. -Keep abreast of changes in regulations, policies, and market conditions that may impact our business or customers.

What You Bring
-Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers -This is a remote role with travel as necessary, the ideal candidate will reside within the the assigned territory region. -Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). -Proven track record in B2B sales, managing large accounts, preferably within the Traffic Solutions Industry. -Ability to understand technical product information and translate it into customer benefits.
