Tasks

-Complete assigned reading materials, online courses, and other training activities to enhance sales skills. -Using the CRM as a prospecting tool -Understand the importance of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. -Report to Division/Corporate Office/Community daily and adhere to schedule -Develop negotiation skills to secure favorable outcomes for both the customer and the company. -Participate in training sessions to gain knowledge about: -Comply with company policies and procedure. -Shadow experienced Community Sales Managers to observe best practices and gain practical insights into the sales process. -Set goals for personal development and track progress towards achieving them. -Participate in regular performance evaluations and feedback sessions with mentors or supervisors.

What You Bring

-Ability to operate a motor vehicle if applicable. -Demonstrate proficiency in articulating product/service value propositions to potential customers. -Learn various sales techniques, including prospecting, presenting solutions, handling objections, and closing deals. -Taylor Morrison experience and/or successful completion of training program may override required education and/or experience requirement. -Active Real Estate License required (where applicable by state) -Learn how to effectively follow up with prospects, address customer inquiries, and resolve issues in a timely manner. -Ability to be flexible and prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -High level of organizational and documentation skills -Must be able to able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time -Proficiency with Microsoft software applications: (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer) -Practice effective communication and active listening skills to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions. -Learn/Master Sales Techniques: -Ability to have face to face conversations with customers, co-workers and higher level manager -The ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds -Gain proficiency in utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions and manage accounts. -Strong problem-solving skills -Ability to access, input, and retrieve information from a computer and/or electronic device -Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time and move around work environment as needed
