Remote sales support specialist for Atlantic Canada region focusing on janitorial/hospitality sales.

Tasks

-Work with Business Development Directors to develop and implement growth strategies and sales prospecting plans -Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to qualify sales opportunities -Initiate contact with potential clients and schedule meetings using company CRM tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Teams, LinkedIn, Salesforce etc.) -Monitor sales prospecting progress and help set and achieve monthly prospecting and sales targets -Conduct weekly review meetings with Sales Directors and direct report -Promote the company brand through social media, B2B platforms, and other marketing initiatives -Conduct research and development projects to support the sales enablement process

What You Bring

-Experience in the janitorial and hospitality business. Knowledge of housekeeping, commercial cleaning, and customer service are required. -Proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce and lead-generation tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator etc. -Outstanding time management skills, strong computer literacy, and exceptional verbal and written communication skills. -Must have at least 2 years of experience in a Business Development role -Ability to work independently. Good decision-making skills are essential to be successful in this role. -Knowledge of the janitorial and hospitality business is an asset -Ability to work independently and make sound, strategic decisions
