The Role

Overview

Assist in analysis/design of building structures, prepare calculations, drawings, and site work.

Tasks

-Prepare structural calculations, design drawings, and specifications under the supervision of senior engineers. -Perform modeling and analysis using structural design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, RAM, or similar). -Coordinate with architects and other engineering disciplines to develop integrated design solutions. -Assist in the analysis and design of building structures using steel, concrete, masonry, and timber materials. -Participate in internal design discussions and contribute innovative ideas to improve design efficiency and quality. -Support project documentation, quality control reviews, and construction administration tasks. -Conduct site visits, field inspections, and assist in preparing technical reports.

What You Bring

-Master’s degree in Structural Engineering (preferred) or Civil Engineering with a focus on structures. -Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, as well as AutoCAD and/or Revit. -0–2 years of relevant experience in building design. -Strong understanding of building codes and design standards (IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, etc.). -Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. -EIT certification or ability to obtain within one year required; PE license a plus. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
