Tasks

The Business Development Representative will be responsible for driving Aiko Solar’s growth in the GCC countries market by identifying key distribution partners, developing strategic channels, and enhancing local brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude to build customer trust and establish Aiko as a leading player in the local PV landscape. - Coordinate with internal teams (technical support, marketing, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction. - Represent Aiko professionally and credibly in all interactions with customers and stakeholders. - Drive brand visibility through local marketing events, industry expos, and collaboration with strategic partners. - Identify, evaluate, and onboard local distribution partners (wholesalers, EPCs, installers) aligned with Aiko’s growth objectives. - Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and activity reports on a regular basis. - Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to provide strategic input. - Manage and nurture key accounts, ensuring alignment with performance and cooperation goals.

What You Bring

- Willingness to travel across GCC Countries and occasionally within the region. - Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently and take ownership. Dubai or major commercial hub (with flexibility to travel nationally and internationally) - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the solar or energy sector. - Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
