Tasks

-Optimise use of CMMS for data tracking and reporting -Conduct audits and risk assessments -Plan and execute minor projects and CAPEX initiatives -Lead initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime -Monitor KPIs for performance, downtime, and cost -Maintain accurate records of attendance, training, and reporting -Collaborate with production teams to minimise disruption -Manage maintenance budgets and procurement -Respond swiftly to equipment failures and coordinate repairs -Manage task allocation, scheduling, and performance tracking -Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing maintenance team -Ensure all equipment meets operational and safety standards -Maintain documentation of inspections and corrective actions -Enforce safety policies and regulatory compliance -Identify opportunities for process optimisation and cost savings -Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime -Monitor inventory and coordinate timely replenishment -Oversee contractor activities and ensure compliance

What You Bring

We’re looking for a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced, industrial manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of machinery, electrical systems, and chemical processes. You’ll manage both preventive and corrective maintenance programs, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. -Experience in adhesives or chemical manufacturing is a plus -Effective communication across all levels -Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and process equipment maintenance -Strong leadership and team management -Experience with CMMS and Microsoft Office -3–5 years in a supervisory maintenance role within manufacturing -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities -Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering -Proven ability to develop maintenance strategies and manage timelines -In-depth knowledge of HSE regulations
