Tasks

-Establish KPIs and benchmarks to measure effectiveness of social media campaigns. -Refresh and optimize existing blogs and web pages to maintain/improve search rankings. -Track, analyze and report on social media performance metrics, measuring effectiveness and providing actional insights to improve social media strategies and achieve business objectives. -Manage, update, and monitor online business listings across directories (Google Business Profile, Bing, Yelp, industry-specific directories, etc.). -Maintain a content publishing schedule aligned with social campaigns and seasonal initiatives. -Evaluate and own the management of social media tools or platforms. -Manage relationships with external agencies or vendors when necessary. -Assist in reputation management by coordinating review responses and reporting sentiment trends. -Establish and manage a content submission process for individual communities, including gathering local updates, stories, and event highlights; attend regular community meetings to encourage participation and drive community-level engagement on social channels. -Capture, edit, and publish compelling video content optimized for social platforms, highlighting resident life, team culture, and brand stories to drive engagement and visibility. -Provide insights and recommendations to enhance content performance, reach, and lead generation. -Support testing and optimization of campaigns for ongoing improvement. -Ensure all listings reflect accurate and consistent brand information (Name, Address, Phone, hours, photos, etc.). -Write, edit, and publish blog articles and website content to support community storytelling, SEO and lead generation. -Conduct keyword research and integrate findings into digital content strategy. -Conduct interviews with key community leaders, corporate team members, residents, and families to generate authentic stories, testimonials, and thought leadership content that supports blogs, website updates, and social campaigns. -Strategy development, including design and implementation of a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with unique business goals and objectives for each brand represented. -Create and deploy high-quality, engaging content across all social media platforms, ensuring content aligns with brand voice, values and messaging. Coordinate with marketing, human resources, and community-specific leaders to gather content for posting. -Track listing performance, reviews, and engagement; flag trends and recommend improvements. -Regularly track and report on social media, SEO, and online listing performance. -Identify key trends, opportunities and innovations in social media to elevate brands within the marketplace.

What You Bring

-Experience with paid social media advertising and budget management. -Experience managing social media crises and protecting brand reputation. -2+ years in a leadership role with employee oversight responsibilities. -Familiarity with influencer marketing strategies. -Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) -Five+ years of direct social media or marketing management. -Experience with video editing tools -Proficiency in Office 365 -Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices. -Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or Business-related field.
