Tasks

-Support team development, motivation, and target setting -Maintain records related to HR, health & safety, and compliance -Supervise daily workloads, ensuring work orders, PPMs, and range management processes are completed on time. -Assist in producing risk assessments and method statements -Support recruitment, training, and continuous improvement initiatives -Oversee the use of resources, including plant and vehicles -Allocate tasks and monitor work quality -Assist the Team Manager in leading and managing a team, overseeing performance, attendance, behaviour, welfare, and health & safety

What You Bring

-Knowledge of training area operations and health & safety (COSHH, manual handling, risk assessments, IOSH Managing Safely) -Experience with workload scheduling in a multi-tasking environment -Ability to drive performance, provide feedback, and engage the team -Proven people management experience with knowledge of leadership techniques -Willingness to participate in on-call duties -Understanding of KPIs and contractual requirements -Excellent organisational skills and ability to work under pressure -Strong communication skills, including experience liaising with customers
