E-commerce Assistant - Fixed Term

Overview

Assist retail e‑commerce operations, handling customer queries, returns and admin tasks.

Tasks

-Raise credits and collections in SAP as required. -Assist with digital merchandising, including uploading assets and copy to e-commerce platforms. -Support daily performance communications across accounts. -Coordinate with the warehouse team to manage customer returns. -Provide high-quality customer service by managing queries from online platforms. -Provide general administrative support to the Retail E-commerce team. -Monitor chargebacks and circulate relevant updates to the wider team. -Take accurate and timely meeting minutes.

What You Bring

-Experience with digital shelf management or e-commerce platforms. -Exposure to key areas of digital commerce and retail operations -Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. -Previous experience in online customer service. -Basic Excel knowledge (e.g., data entry, sorting/filtering, formatting). -Familiarity with SAP systems. -Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
