Senior Estimator

Description

As a Senior Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in our pre-construction team, preparing accurate cost estimates for projects across the group portfolio. You’ll collaborate closely with project managers, procurement and clients to ensure robust and competitive pricing strategies.

Specialist Fitouts for Datacentre, Pharma & Manufacturing Builds

• Analyse project specifications, drawings and tender documentation.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry costs, trends, and benchmarks.
• Identify cost risks, opportunities, and value-engineering options.
• Support bid submissions and present cost data to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and manage detailed cost estimates across all project stages.
• Engage with subcontractors and suppliers for quotations and pricing data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction project estimating experience.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in construction estimating software.
• Proven track record in either fitout, high-tech facilities, or MEP projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, pricing, and supply chains.
