-5+ years of recent confirmed deep foundation and SOE experience -Alignment to Clark Standards of Excellence: Self-Motivated, Results Oriented, Adaptable, Team Player, Accountable, Ethical, Innovative, Resilient, Builds Relationships -Ability to take direction and work together with others. -Good hand-eye coordination -Must be able to climb, kneel, stoop, crouch, balance, squat and stand for long periods of time -Must pass a drug screening -Experience with picks, shovels, power tools, and air tools for excavation -Ability to work in all outdoor elements (heat, rain, snow, etc.) -Safety Conscious -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly. -Ability to work on uneven or muddy ground
