Tasks

-Lead deployment and configuration of enterprise-grade storage and computer hardware. -Ensure system performance, availability, and scalability through proactive performance tuning and monitoring. -Document architecture designs, deployment procedures, and system configurations. -Collaborate with cybersecurity, networking, and DevOps teams to integrate secure and compliant infrastructure solutions. -Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance infrastructure efficiency. -Design and implement compute and storage architectures in hybrid environments (cloud and on-prem).

What You Bring

-7-9 years of experience in compute and storage architecture and deployment. -Excellent communication and documentation abilities. -Strong understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and backup strategies. -Experience with performance monitoring tools and techniques. -Proficiency in hardware configuration and performance optimization. -Expertise in enterprise storage systems (SAN, NAS, object storage). -Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (IaC) and automation tools is a plus (e.g., Terraform, Ansible). -Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. -Strong background in virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, KVM). -DHS or other federal agency experience. -Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP, or similar. -Experience with compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP). -Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
