This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area for a Roadway Division Manager. The Roadway Division Manager will oversee project operations, ensuring compliance with client specifications, timelines, and budgets. Responsibilities include managing project teams, supervising construction activities, developing and managing project schedules, reviewing project costs and resources, and fostering relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders. The individual will ensure quality control while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

What You Bring

-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred. -Knowledge of regulatory standards, construction codes, safety protocols, and risk management practices in the construction industry. -Previous experience and demonstrated success in managing large roadway or infrastructure projects. -Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide both office and field staff. -Strong communication and relationship-building skills to work with clients, project teams, and stakeholders. -Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and ensure project success. -Proficiency in construction management software; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software is beneficial. -Proficiency in project management, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. -Experience with roadway construction, highway designs, and infrastructure projects.
