Manage commercial control and contracts for a large EPC construction site

Tasks
-Overseeing site commercial control and management relevant to target price/cost, reimbursable cost, incurred cost, and disallowed cost (NEC4 based) in line with the construction execution plan/program and managing the relationship/alignment with key stakeholders: the final customer, its commercial/NEC4 representatives and the main subcontractor. This will include monitoring site efficiency and forecasting target price (productivities). -Overseeing T.EN’s personnel mobilisation plan and strategy, including the engagement of local UK resources. -Supervising a talented group of professionals, including Subcontract Managers, Cost Control, Site Accounting, Contracts, HR, Talent Acquisition, Logistics, Procurement, Local Content, Sustainability, and Permitting and ensure oversight and timely/contractually compliant and fit for purpose delivery of: -on-site implementation of the local content plan, providing support for local content strategies and initiatives, including participation in key local committees as a representative of T.EN. -site specific execution of the sustainability plan, including oversight and support of local sustainability strategies and initiatives. -Site procurement (for the site offices as well as all goods/services to be purchased from site in addition to the first round of purchase performed from EPC contractor home office. -development of strategies, synergies and lessons-learned for potential follow-on projects. -Supporting the mobilisation of EU subcontractors. -Managing all local and site-based subcontracts, working closely with the Subcontract Manager, and maintaining strong commercial relationships with main contractors and suppliers. Acting as the T.EN’s representative and primary point of contact with unions, ensuring good industrial relationships in conjunction with the main construction contractor. -regular site reporting. -Responsible for site implementation of EPC contract implementation.

What You Bring
-Diploma, bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant discipline. -Experience in similar positions on large scale construction/engineering projects in the UK. -local and site-based compliance with DCO and CDM requirements. -compliant with all local and site-based permitting, licenses, authorizations, notifications and consents (PLANC) requirements, in collaboration with the construction contractor.
