Coordinate and collaborate with a wide variety of CPG, IFM, S&O and other client-side stakeholders in the delivery of signage projects
Support the management of signage vendors including tracking of errors, KPI review, and QBRs while elaborating excel databases and benchmarks
Act as back up for Signage Team members when travelling or on leave while navigating financial systems and creating reports as needed.
Monitor and respond to incoming customer tickets, categorizing and prioritizing them for efficient resolution while completing admin tasks related to signage requests
Support Signage team in all signage related topics including processes, standards, best practices, tracking metrics, data sourcing, and dashboards
Support Signage Program Manager in keeping up to date the Signage Brand Books and respective order forms while creating and maintaining program documentation
Support delivery of one-time regional and global signage related initiatives while facilitating cross-discipline signage related communications and trainings

Understanding of vendor management processes including KPI tracking and quality review procedures
Experience supporting regional and global initiative delivery with training facilitation capabilities.
Proficiency in Excel for database creation and benchmarking with ability to navigate financial systems
Minimum 1 year of experience preferably in multi-cultural corporate environment with understanding of signage coordination processes
Experience in signage program coordination or similar brand management roles
Familiarity with signage vendor management and quality assurance processes
Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple signage projects simultaneously
Background working with E-commerce industry clients or fast-growing technology companies
Ability to create and maintain program documentation including SOPs, reports, and training materials.
Knowledge of APAC regional signage standards and compliance requirements
Experience with administrative tasks coordination and customer ticket management systems
High Level of English with great communication and presentation skills for effective stakeholder engagement
