Tasks
-Construction Advice: Provide specialist professional advice relating to construction regulations and best practice with regard to complex maintenance, alteration, and construction of buildings. -Insights and Reporting: Contribute to the design and creation of reporting strategies and templates. Lead execution of complex reports, identifying and interpreting complex patterns and trends, and translating those insights into actionable recommendations. -Bid Solicitation/Request for Proposal/Tender Analysis: Conduct complex feasibility studies from technological, financial, and organizational perspectives on bid solicitation, including request for proposal (RFP) and request for tender (RFT) project requirements, and write specifications for tenders. -Knowledge Management: Develop policies and processes, create best practices, set up case studies, and deliver internal knowledge-sharing sessions to capture and share knowledge among colleagues on project/program outcomes and innovative practices in a particular area of expertise and to support the practice. -Personal Capability Building: Act as subject matter expert in an area of technology, policy, regulation, or operational management for the team. Maintain external accreditations and in-depth understanding of current and emerging external regulation and industry best practices through continuing professional development, attending conferences, and reading specialist media. -Identify: business development opportunities, lead procurement efforts including proposal and interview preparation -Operational Compliance: Monitor and review performance and behaviors within area of responsibility to identify and resolve noncompliance with the organization's policies and relevant regulatory codes and codes of conduct. -Construction Project Budgeting: Develop, deliver, and manage budget plans for standard construction projects with guidance from senior colleagues. Monitor and perform budget progress and post-calculations. -Client & Customer Management (External): Manage important client relationships with guidance from senior colleagues, or oversee relationship management with a group of more transactional clients and customers.

What You Bring
-Experience with web based document ma -Current Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred -Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent combination of education and management experience -CCM certification a plus -Minimum 15 years of experience as Construction Manager and/or Resident Engineer on multiple simultaneous construction projects
