Assist finance team with accounting tasks, reconciliations, and reporting.

Tasks

-Perform routine reviews and cleaning of Accounts Payable reports -Enter accounts payable invoices, including processing purchase orders, requisitions, and expenditures -Reconcile balance sheet accounts -Oversee retention of sales tax exemption certificates -Maintain fixed asset listings -Execute bank reconciliation procedures -Ensure proper documentation is being retained for the yearly audit -Complete month-end entries as required
