-Apply existing site safety plan to our production practices and make recommendations for improvement -Lead pre-planning meetings -Develop and present topic-specific safety training -Evaluate the performance of field employees -Manage the new hire orientation process -Create and communicate JHA's covering major work components -Facilitate with problem-solving

What You Bring

-Recent 30-hour OSHA training -Exceptional communication skills, both written and spoken -Safety education degree preferred -Leadership skills -Three years experience in construction safety management or construction management -Ability to create partnerships with existing operational leaders
