Tasks

-Foster a safe and positive workplace, living the AGL values and prioritising both physical and mental wellbeing. -Deliver exceptional customer experiences by resolving issues quickly and efficiently, helping retain sales and strengthen customer relationships. -Support our partners and teams by providing high-quality administrative assistance to Business Development Managers, real estate partners, and clients. -Champion compliance and professionalism in every interaction, ensuring all regulatory standards and company values are upheld. -Operate across multiple systems with confidence, managing data accurately and efficiently to keep processes running smoothly. -Participate in Energise - our reward & recognition program.

What You Bring

-Positive attitude, strong negotiation skills and a willingness to learn. -Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with our customers. -Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal. -Availability to work Monday to Friday between 8amm-8pm & some Saturdays between 8am - 1pm. -Previous demonstrated customer service, sales or account management experience
