Generate material take-offs, tickets, BOMs from drawings; liaise with drafting, purchasing, shop.

Tasks

-Identify what parts are shipping from the Milwaukee facility and generate a complete ship-ticket noting them -Review all materials take-off and make certain sufficient quantities have been ordered -Save pdf of paperwork to proper folder -Update the material take-off as required and inform materials personnel and purchasing -Direct purchasing to order any materials that have not to date -Accountable for the completeness and accuracy of material take-offs, run tickets, and bills of materials -Maintain documentation of projects by updating work order -. Accountable for the completeness and accuracy of material take-offs, run tickets, and bills of materials -Identify and list shippable assemblies -Create custom cut-to-size veneer panel lists -Read through shop drawings released for fabrication for errors and omissions & return to drafter for correction as required -Generate sheet lay-ups and send to the saw -Identify and note what part will be cut on the CNC -Optimize sheet goods -List hardware required -Distribute printed labels and paperwork to the shop floor -Generate an accurate and complete list of part sizes required
