Tasks

-Manages employee certificates -Performs administrative duties for other departments as needed to see projects to completion -Prints business cards -Receives incoming shipments -Sorts, opens and distributes mail daily and handles interoffice mail -Assists with office management tasks/duties -Serves as backup to travel coordinator -Prepares shipments to go out via various vendors and customers -Schedules birthday and anniversary calls -Maintains conference room calendars -Ensures effective communications with management, callers, customers, and staff -Orders and maintains inventory of uniforms, distributing appropriately to employees -Greets and signs in guests/visitors -Answers company phones, provides information, and directs callers to the appropriate parties -Conducts reference checks -Orders office supplies for all office locations and departments -Performs general data entry
