Hands‑on maintenance tech for residential communities, handling HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, etc.

Tasks

-Respond to emergencies as needed while on-call -Perform hands-on maintenance and repairs for condominium and homeowner associations -Complete general repairs in carpentry, painting, and building upkeep -Provide excellent customer service to homeowners and Boards of Directors -Maintain exterior areas, including gutters, roofs, and lighting systems

What You Bring

-Dependable, detail-oriented, and customer-focused -Must have basic hand tools, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance -HVAC experience required; EPA Certification preferred -Skilled in carpentry, painting, drywall, plumbing, and electrical work -2+ years of experience in general or multi-family maintenance -Comfortable working safely on ladders, roofs, and exterior projects -Service HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance -Experience with gutters, downspouts, doors, and wood trim repair -Strong communication and problem-solving skills -Willing to complete a background and drug screening if offered the position
