Overview

-Ensuring that the front desk area is clean and organized -Answering phone calls and responding to emails -Providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions -Checking guests in and out of the hotel -Assisting guests with any questions or concerns they may have -Handling cash and credit card transactions -Greeting guests as they arrive at the hotel -Maintaining accurate records of guest information and room assignments
