Tasks

-Manage full ERP/SAP project lifecycle -Analyze business processes and develop system enhancement plans -Integrate SAP with MES, PLM, and other enterprise platforms -Deliver user training and support adoption -Lead SAP module implementation, testing, and post-launch support -Maintain SAP operations including access control and system security -Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors -Document system changes for compliance -Continuously improve ERP processes

What You Bring

-Experience with MES or PLM systems integration -SAP certifications (FI/CO, MM, SD) -Must be able to communicate effectively in person and via phone/video -Occasional travel (less than 20%) -Exposure to global or multi-site ERP rollouts -Strong skills in SAP configuration, business process design, and SQL-based reporting -Experience with SAP Fiori, ABAP, or other development tools -Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Finance, or related field -Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project management -3+ years of hands-on ERP/SAP implementation experience (SAP B1 or S/4HANA preferred) -Chinese language skills are a plus -Prolonged periods working at a computer -Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
